Salesforce Administrator Description:

Due to our continued success and growth, we are adding a Salesforce Administrator to join our virtual team. We want someone who is hard-working, self-motivated and who can understand our custom technology platforms quickly to join us and help drive our business forward.

Salesforce Administrator role

The Salesforce Administrator works with the Customer Solutions Technical Manager in Dublin to execute the ongoing development of our Salesforce CRM platform and assist with the administration of other CS department tools. The successful candidate will have a record of success in implementing processes and driving adoption of Salesforce in a high growth environment and an enthusiasm to learn CS tools and processes.

The Salesforce Administrator will work with a broad range of internal partners and will work closely with our technology and business teams. You will be flexible in your approach to work and responsive to the changing requirements of a fast-growing company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce CRM system administrator for 100+ users across Service and Sales
  • Assist in developing the implementation roadmap for Salesforce in LetsGetChecked
  • Assess and action all requests from Users consistent with the business roadmap
  • Manage integration of Salesforce with our other business systems – customer databases, telephony systems, website knowledge base, marketing tools
  • Control deployment of new features into our production environment
  • Support implementation and administration of other CS tools – Amazon Connect, Acqueon, LearnUpon and more
  • Work with CS Technical Manager to gather requirements for process implementations and improvements for stakeholders throughout the business
  • Assist in training of new features to relevant users – document training materials with our L&D team
  • Drive improvements and optimisations to ensure we are making best use of Salesforce and other internal tools

Salesforce Administrator Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Salesforce (ADM201) administrator experience – Lightning Experience, Sales and Service Cloud, Process Builder, Flows
  • Development experience and certification a plus – API, Apex, Visualforce, SF Connect
  • High level of comfort with technology and working knowledge of Github and BitBucket
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Connect or other call centre phone solutions, CTI a plus
  • Working knowledge of LearnUpon or other LMS a plus
  • Comfortable working with both Customer Service and Commercial / Customer Success functions
  • Experience working in Agile environment with Jira
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth, virtual environment
