Sales & Digital Business Development Executive (Experienced)

Attractive salary for the right Candidate is looking for an experienced Sales & Digital Business Development Executive a to join our Dublin based team to help fuel the next stage of our expansion. Snigel Web Services is a specialist Ad Serving, Monetisation and Google Network Partner agency. Our technology and consultative services help online publishers to streamline their ad operations and generate higher revenues from their mobile, desktop and tablet inventory.

We are looking for an experienced candidate ideally with sales experience in the publishing, ad tech or SAAS space who can help build strong relationships with independent publishers all over the world.

Role and Responsibilities

  • To work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Director to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
  • To analyse and develop a list of fast growing websites that will benefit from Snigelweb’s technology and services.
  • Develop highly tailored sales emails outlining how our solutions can help grow publisher revenue.
  • To apply different business development strategies to create interest in SnigelWeb solutions.
  • Utilise different sales channels and platforms (Linkedin/Twitter/Reddit) to develop interest and arrange sales calls.
  • To Systematically follow up with key decision makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • To book  demos and meetings with qualified prospects, crafting messaging and talking points, model emails, voice mails and presentations.

Do you bring the following?

  • Extremely strong communication skills with the ability to customise very tailored proposals to individual publishers.
  • A strong passion and inspiration to convince people to work with Snigelweb.
  • A genuine interest in the publisher space and a desire to help the customer become more successful.
  • 3- 4 years experience ideally within the web publishing, ad tech or SAAS space(s) with a strong track record of achievement.
  • An innovative spirit to develop different kinds of sales strategies and channels to close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual. You can write quickly and concisely, and are creative in ensuring you get your point across. You have a strong consultative selling approach including ability to listen to and absorb customer questions and problems.
  • An understanding of Ad Serving (DFP), CPM advertising and general monetisation trends is a huge benefit but not essential.
  • A third level qualification from a reputable university (if not, strong experience that deems this irrelevant).
