About the Role (Location: Galway)

Reporting to the Head of Growth, we are looking for an energetic, self motivated Sales Development Representative with great communication skills. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail orientated and brings a can-do attitude to a team of hardworking sales professionals.

As the Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for supporting the Growth teams in their goal of reaching their sales targets, providing administrative support with marketing campaigns and helping generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

You will be: 

  • Highly coachable and committed to building and developing your sales skills, learning our products and understanding the market.
  • Preparing and planning Sales decks, proposals, board reports and other marketing materials as required.
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met as defined and agreed upon in a project and/or tender process.
  • Preparing Innovation submissions and proposals on behalf of CitySwift, ensuring that CitySwift is a company of choice.
  • An Internal Champion for our CRM system – Copper
  • Working with internal stakeholders to initiate process improvements and streamline processes where identified
  • Setting up Commercial KPI sheets, to drive results and help measure and evaluate sales and marketing performance.
  • Working with marketing on the weekly/monthly social media plan. Helping to write content, liaising with teams like People, Recruitment and Product among others.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, with strong exposure to clients and customer experiences
  • Business experience (SaaS Sales preferred / business internship), and examples of being customer centric and curious.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Solutions oriented, result driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise and perform a variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
