Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive

The company is a newly formed specialist jobs board with ambition to control a rapidly expanding niche online job advertising market.

The job roles are self-loaded by the participating customers and therefore should not require your input post-sale other than account management and repeat sale generation.

The customer base comprises mainly all-recruitment companies and industry-specific companies/firms.

Duties:

  • Carry out research to identify potential customers. (companies open to advertising their active or future finTech or finTech related job vacancies on our site).
  • Follow specific sales process to develop customers from first contact through to sale and repeat sale.
  • Perform outbound calls and generate online contacts to new and existing customers.
  • Promoting company services and offerings and identifying alternate revenue streams through the provision of additional added value services on the site.
  • When necessary take and make appointments with prospective clients.
  • Organising customer meetings with managers.
  • Update customer and prospect database using Hubspot to ensure accuracy of contact information.
  • Meeting daily call activity and weekly sales targets.
  • Long-term goals will include the identification of regional trends and up and coming market developments to allow for the development of a structured and sustainable sales expansion plan including the development of a sales team in line with forecasted increase in sales activity.

Experience:

Whilst telesales experience is not essential, it would be an advantage if the individual had previously worked in a high volume B2B outbound call environment.

The selected individual will be someone who is of sharp mind, driven, excellent interpersonal skills and a natural affinity to customer service. They must be resourceful and show a hunger for success. The chosen individual will show a capacity to work independently and must be self-motivated.

  • Strong negotiating and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to work to targets.
  • Good computer skills
  • Any experience using CRM specifically HubSpot would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work remotely under little guidance but contribute to team effort.
  • Autonomous and quick learner.

Salary: attractive commission-based package with annual OTE of EU 70/80k ++
