New Memberships Manager


We are currently amidst a time where the shared economy is becoming the standardised business model of operation. Businesses are choosing to share and distribute resources more effectively across markets giving consumers much more freedom and choice; and they are loving it. Coworking spaces are one example of this notion today and by the end of 2017 over 1.2 million people will be working in one.

With this context as a foundation, Huckletree is building a sales team of experienced and “big-picture” driven people who will come on board during a time of rapid growth. (This is not a buzz-term or a hype up, we have literally increased our capacity by over 110% this year). Our focus now is to build a team of people who can ensure we are reaching the best and brightest tech focused startups across all our locations and build communities that we can brag about to the world.


Huckletree is a carefully curated community of entrepreneurs, thought- leaders and disruptors, and is rapidly becoming the coworking brand of choice across the UK. Our goal is to continue harnessing the power of our network and our positioning to bring true business value-adds to our members and to create a pan-European, curated ecosystem of the most influential creative and digital natives, by 2020.

    • You’ll be one of the first key hires in Dublin and will be awarded equity in the business.

    • Background in Sales with a track record of solid performance
    • Strong knowledge of the Dublin Startup and Dublin Tech ecosystem
    • You have at least one to two years of Business Development experience
    • You have at least one year of Account Management experience
    • You have experience working for or with Startups and within the Startup ecosystem
    • You understand the importance of being human when selling
    • You are comfortable using CRM tools and place a high priority on operational hygiene
    • You can demonstrate practical examples of translating strategy to execution


    • You have an organic love for being around technology that impacts the world
    • You are driven by empowering people, businesses and the community
    • Prefer to work in teams and be around people in tandem with your own responsibilities
    • You take a “can’t fail” attitude; you either succeed or you learn
    • You love the idea of working with the next generation of cool and exciting startups
    • You are OCD about Sales and Operational Hygiene
    • You enjoy flexing the creative side of your brain


(1) Sales Development:

    • Weekly Pipeline Building Exercises
    • Accountability for the Weekly and Monthly Team Targets for the Dublin location
    • Supporting Marketing in building the brand awareness and widening the Dublin market penetration
    • Networking and attending events to develop relations and opportunities
    • Being the face of Huckletree for partnerships with local VCs and Sponsors

(2) Operational Hygiene

    • Ensuring data hygiene across our systems and tools
    • Applying Best-Practice to your selling approach and operational running of the Sales team in Dublin
    • Creating and implementing new ways to build on our current processes and operations
    • Living and embedding the Huckletree vision and sales culture in the Dublin office

(3) Strategy Building

    • You will be responsible for building and executing on the Sales Strategy for the Dublin team
    • Assisting Sales Leadership in building the overall strategy for the company

(4) Team Management

    • As the Dublin team grows, you will take the lead on hiring, training and leading
    • You will be depended on to provide the direction the Sales Team should take in the Dublin Office to local and global management

(5) Anything and everything else!

    • We’re a dynamic team and we pride ourselves on being able to turn our hand to most tasks — as such, all of our team members have a super adaptable mentality and are always motivated by a challenge

    • This is a full-time position.
    • You will be located at Huckletree Dublin D2.


€35,000 base salary plus annual performance-related bonus and equity.
