Role Description

This is a junior position within the Channel Sales Team.  The right candidate will ideally have some relevant experience. This is not absolutely essential but would be seen as a bonus. There is a high frequency of travel involved with this role, approximately 2 trips a month, which isn’t for everyone so consideration of this is needed.

Role Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to convert sales leads into new partnerships.

The team is small so this is a great opportunity to help grow it and imbed how we manage our partnerships. An understanding of Channel Sales is preferable. Mainly, we need candidates who are able to build strong partnerships and have great influencing skills.

This role will suit people who are driven, ambitious and committed to self improvement and success. This team is at early stages so you also need to be prepared to help us build what we do and how we do it.

Once you get to grips with the complexity of our channel sales, you will need to understand the needs of our different partners. When you have qualified leads the main aim is to convey the value of the Pointy Partnership Program to prospective Partners.

We will also want to create account profiles to ensure efficient account and activity management. Developing supporting collateral to educate and convert opportunities will also be part of this role.
