Talent Acquisition Specialist Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to our Operations Manager. Working within a tight knit team of 3, your role will own everything hiring related – from sourcing and building pipeline to designing and building our employer brand. You will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all things hiring related and provide candidates with a world class candidate experience – regardless of the outcome.

We are a privately owned, Irish Enterprise SAAS company currently employing close to 50 wonderful people! We just turned 10 and have an ambitious growth target to reach before we hit 15. Salary range:

€45,000+ dependent on experience,  plus annual bonus, health insurance, remote working allowance, uncapped vacation time.


Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Own the candidate experience from end to end
  • Find and identify qualified talent for our open roles via sourcing, job posts and referrals
  • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match our criteria
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and improve interview processes, ensuring candidates have an excellent interview experience
  • Ensure follow up and closure for all applicants and interviewees
  • Negotiate compensation with successful candidates
  • Enhance our recruitment process through various initiatives, such as training interview teams, streamlining processes etc. and optimizing capabilities through our ATS
  • Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process
  • Continue to grow our employer brand, so we can continue to attract and hire amazing talent



  • Proven experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in a start-up
  • Experience recruiting for a range of roles at all levels, including but not limited to: sales executives, customer success managers and product managers
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve targets in a growth driven environment while balancing a range of projects
  • Experience in process improvement projects would be an advantage


Additional Information

We are a remote first/ distributed company. That means that you can work from anywhere within the republic of Ireland. However, as the name suggests, we are a social bunch and so we also run regular remote and optional in-person social events to keep us all connected.
