Circit is a fast growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.

We are looking for a recently qualified funds auditor, who is looking to make a move into the fintech industry. This role will help us build our network of fund providers around Europe. This role will suit a dynamic, motivated individual, who is looking to make a big impact on a small team. The role will include business development, research and documentation, and process improvement.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

  • Perform a detailed analysis of the key fund managers and administrators in our target markets
  • Identify the key contacts in each provider
  • Demo the product to providers
  • Manage provider relationships, and develop growth plans
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of providers onto the platform
  • Prepare detailed internal documentation to deepen the knowledge of the funds industry across the team
  • Liaise closely with the customer success and sales team to ensure that we are supporting our customers in all regions.
  • Be responsible for key KPI’s, such as completeness, conversion, turn-around time
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for each provider, and ensure that the sales process is captured on the CRM system
  • Input into our ethos of continuous improvement 

Candidate Requirements

You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required.

  • Experience in funds audit
  • A second language, preferably German, French or Polish
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • You must have a passion for technology and innovation
  • A desire to generate revenue and enhance the product
  • Strong Microsoft office skills and an ability to use other project management and CRM tools effectively.
  • Experience in a SAAS environment is a plus
